Grief"
This free four-part
program explores our community
experience with loss and grief.
10 TOUCHSTONES FOR GRIEF 1
(ongoing group)
Grief is often experienced as a
confusing, inhospitable wilderness
by those who must journey through
it. 10 Touchstones is a revolving
support group that focuses on
markers through the wilderness
identified by grief researcher and
therapist, Alan Wolfelt. Mourners
will participate in 10 sessions
based on the book, Understanding
Your Grief, by Dr. Wolfelt.
Grievers will learn to rely on the
touchstones to find their way to
hope and healing. Group meets every
Thursday evening at 5:30 p.m. in the
Wings Community Education Center in
Palatka. To register, contact Kathy
Gebert at 386-530-4600.
Ten Touchstones for
Grief II – (ongoing group) For
those who have completed Ten
Touchstones for Grief I and wish to
continue their grief journey
together. The group meets every
Tuesday evening at 5:30 p.m. in the
