Provides and
directs the provision of nursing care, based on
the organization’s policies and procedures, the
physician’s orders and through competent
application of the nursing process.
- Registered Nurse
with current Florida license in good standing
- CHPN preferred
- Minimum of two
years clinical experience
1 yr. exp. required
CNA
Education and/or
Experience
Provides support
services under the direction/supervision of the
appropriate professional staff, to assist the
Registered Nurse or LPN based on Nurse Practice
Act in helping the patient/family to achieve
physical and emotional comfort.
- Successful
completion of a nurse aide course that meets
federal/state requirements
- Certified by the
State of Florida as a Nursing Assistant
- Successful
completion of a home health aide course that
meets federal/state requirements
- Successful
completion of the written competency exam and
skills demonstration evaluation required for
home health certification by the organization
- Must have documented HHA
training
- A minimum of 1
year Nursing Assistant experience
